2025, so far, is absolutely bananas
It is 06:15am. Cat woke me up early (damn cat). So I made me a coffee and opened my laptop.
I asked Claude to give me a comprehensive prompt for V0 and Replit to create a MVP for an app. In parallel I am using Figma Make to create a visual exploration. Connecting everything to GitHub and fire up Cursor with Claude Code CLI. In a timeframe of an hour I built what you could call a MVP that perfectly demonstrates the potential of an idea. 🤯
Let's pretend this is not a big deal for our bubble. (hue) But what about the bus driver who, after his shift, is working on an idea to better plan the bus routes? He is the key expert. Or the nurse, secretly building a much more reliable medication planner for her patiences? This is happening while I type. On a small scale but we already see a good amount of non-tech people creating apps and build things.
People are builders by nature. We can celebrate this huge milestone because it means, apps and algorithms get a bias check. The democratization of digital tools will bring us all forward. Hey FAANG - either you'll tap into this (huge opportunity) market or you will be replaced.
Hey Netflix: you better soon provide a tool for people to generate their own movies or you will be replaced. Same for Amazon, Meta, etc - you either control the paradigm shift or you lose. Like always.
